Delivery of our software
At Lizenso, we deliver the purchased Software to your specified email as soon as possible. When you order a product that is not in stock, we normally deliver the software within 24 hours. With OLP Volume licenses an adjusted delivery time of 1-3 days applies, experience shows that OLP volume licenses can still be delivered within one day. The supplied software is 100% original and comes directly from our vetted suppliers. In this email you will receive a download link, and the required product key if necessary. In the email we will briefly explain how to install the software and activate it when applicable.
Deviating delivery times
Delivery times may vary, depending on the availability of certain software. You can see on the product page whether the product is in stock and therefore immediately available. Delivery times may differ in the following cases:
- Pre-order: The chosen software has not yet been officially released or available. By means of a pre-order you can already purchase the product, when the product becomes available you will receive the product immediately.
- Out of stock: We try to prevent it, but it can sometimes happen that a certain product is not in stock, if you still purchase one of these products, we will send the product within 24 hours. We use a delivery time of 1-3 days for OLP volume licenses, in most cases these licenses are still delivered within a day.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return licenses. You activate the software to which you are entitled for a definite or indefinite period of time and with this the key is in use. It is not possible to find out whether a product key is in use, which is why Lizenso cannot accept return of licenses. This is legally determined and can be found in Civil Code 6 Art. 230p paragraph g. Therefore, before purchasing, check carefully whether the software is suitable for your device. Due to the nature of the products that Lizenso sells, there is no statutory right of withdrawal, which means that when purchasing a software key you do not have a standard reflection period or withdrawal period of 14 days. The above exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies to both private and business customers.
